Patanjali products are made of 98% natural and herbal ingredients and are fairly priced so that makes them worth a try. In fact I just love a lot of products from Patanjali. I even shared a post on Top 12 Patanjali Products, the best products that are worth a try. From those top 12 products, I have already reviewed the Kesh Kanti hair shampoo and rose water and today I’ll be reviewing the body lotion. Read on to know more about this body lotion..

My Experience with Patanjali Body lotion:

This body lotion comes in a small white bottle with a flip top cap. It will easily fit in handbag seeing the size of the bottle. Its packaging is nice and travel friendly.

The fragrance of this body lotion is not good, I feel it’s an herbal medicine with a weird smell but the smell does not stay on for long so it may not cause any problem to sensitive noses. The consistency of this body lotion is neither thick nor flowy, it’s in between and gets absorbed quickly without rubbing much. This is a perfect option for girls who don’t like parabens and preservatives in their products and are always searching for herbal products. It does its work efficiently but I don’t think it will work for super dry skin. It’s a great option for summers but moderately dry skin can also try it in winters. It moisturized my skin pretty well at this time of the month (November) and I didn’t feel the need to reapply it though I moisturize my skin twice a day (in the morning and at night).

Tip: Whenever you use a moisturizer or a body lotion, make sure your skin is a little damp and not dry, this way your skin will stay moisturized for hours and it won’t feel patchy or dry which mostly happens in winters. For the face, try to use a moisturizing toner before applying a moisturizer and to get most out of it, pat the toner with your hands instead of using a cotton ball and immediately apply the moisturizer while your skin is a little damp.
